State Farm® Insurance Agent Eli Coski

"I have used this insurance company for years. After paying a 6-month premium that was the due on the 6th, I paid in cash on the second & they didn't give me a receipt. I received a bill on the 4th for the full 6 month premium due the 29th of the same month. When I came in to inquire as to why he was ripping me off, I was told to wait outside for Eli himself to make up excuses. I eventually got 3 receipts for 1 payment & the bill due the 29th was allegedly not valid. Had I been on automatic bill pay, they'd have stolen hundreds from a disabled old man who's been a paying customer with no tickets or claims. I recommend double checking your bills if you work with these guys.

Why was I told to go outside when I had evidence of being billed an extra 6 months instead of INSTANTLY LOOKING INTO IT?

I subsequently never received the return for overpayment your company was court ordered to pay back customers for affirmative overpayment? I'm paying more this year, overpayment again?"

"I would like to share A particular experience I had with Dana Weatherly at State Farm insurance.
I needed to ensure a car that my brother left me so my daughter could use it. Her car was in service and it was gonna take a long time to fix. So I called State Farm of which I am insured with for my automobile. I needed to just have a short policy because I believe will be selling the car. When I spoke to Dana, she told me exactly what I needed to do and she emailed the information that my daughter and her husband would have to provide in order to ensure the car. When they got here, she was available for them now mind you this was approximately 5:30 in the evening. She got the car insured and temporary insurance information emailed so that they could drive the car. It is my feeling that she went above and beyond to make sure that the car was insured
